The term "you", "your" refers to the customer visiting this website and/or booking a reservation through this web site or through our customer service agents. By using this website, booking any reservation or contacting our customer service agents, you agree to the terms and conditions provided below. We may change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions of use at any time. We will notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions of use by posting such changes on this web site. Your continued access and browsing following notice of such change means that you agree to and accept these terms and conditions of use as amended. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions or to any modification of these terms and conditions, you must immediately stop accessing and using this website.

Deposits

The total amount due is required to be paid no later than 11:59pm (EST) on the specified due date. Failure to pay in full the total purchase price with a valid President's Choice Financial Mastercard^® by the required due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount. All deposits are non-refundable and, in the event that final payment is not processed by the specified due date and time, the supplier reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain all deposit monies paid by you. Your credit card information is not retained by Travel Nation and the final payment amount is not pre-authorized by President's Choice Bank. You must provide your credit card information to Travel Nation a second time by phone for final payment. Five days prior to the specified due date, one of our Travel Advisors will attempt to contact you to obtain your credit card information and consent so that final payment can be processed. In the event that contact is not or cannot be made and you do not in turn contact Travel Nation to process the final payment, the deposit will be forfeited and any bookings cancelled by the supplier. IMPORTANT: You are responsible to maintain your President's Choice Financial Mastercard^® in good standing and to ensure that there is sufficient available credit on your account at the time final payment is made. President's Choice Bank is not responsible if the final payment transaction is declined or not processed for any reason, including if President's Choice Bank has temporarily suspended use of your account without notice to you. PC Optimum™ points will be awarded on the deposit amount following the booking with the remaining PC Optimum™ points being awarded following payment in full of the total purchase price.

Bonus PC Optimum points promotions

Bonus PC Optimum points will be shown as “PC^® Travel Bonus Rewards” on your PC Optimum points statement. All points associated with purchases during the promotional period will be withheld in the event of the products being cancelled or refunded. IMPORTANT: Bonus points awarded will only apply to the amount charged on your President's Choice Financial^® Mastercard^® credit card during the promotional period.

Use of website and website material

Except as expressly stated therein, this website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may not copy material from this web site for commercial use. You may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or service reservations booked through this web site. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this web site and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these terms and conditions.

You are prohibited from using this website to conduct any unlawful, fraudulent, false, abusive or suspicious activity. If your booking or account shows signs of unlawful, fraudulent, false, abusive or suspicious activity, we may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address or account, and close any associated PC^® Travel services accounts. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to us, including litigation costs and damages.
